Privacy policy

Version 1 · Last updated 27 October 2026

Unstill is built to keep as little about you as possible. This page explains what we do keep, why, and how to get rid of it.

Who we are

Unstill is made and owned by Creative and Skint LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13993933). Our registered office address is on the public Companies House register. We’re the data controller for any personal information you give us through Unstill.

Questions about your data: message us on Instagram at @stayunstill.app.

What we collect

If you use Unstill without an account, everything stays on your device. Your moments, settings and quick log are saved in your browser’s storage and never sent to us.

If you create an account, we store:

That’s it. We don’t ask for your age, location, contacts or anything from your phone.

What we don’t do

Why we use it

We use your account data for one reason: so Unstill can keep your moments and settings in step across your devices. The legal basis for this is that it’s needed to provide the service you signed up for.

The moments you log are about your everyday movement. We don’t treat them as medical records, and we don’t use them to draw conclusions about your health.

Who else is involved

We use a small number of trusted services to run Unstill:

Each of these handles data under its own privacy and security terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we’ll delete your data from our systems within 30 days. Backups held by our providers are cleared on their normal cycle after that.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

You can delete your moments and settings at any time with Start over in Settings, and take a copy with Export. To delete your account completely, or for anything else, message us on Instagram at @stayunstill.app and we’ll do it within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Storage on your device

Unstill saves your data in your browser so the app works offline and remembers you. This is essential to how the app works, so it doesn’t need a cookie banner. We don’t use cookies for tracking.

Age

Unstill is for adults. It isn’t intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
