These are the terms for using Unstill. They’re written to be read, so they’re short. By using the app, you agree to them.
Unstill is made and owned by Creative and Skint LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13993933). Our registered office address is on the public Companies House register. Contact: message us on Instagram at @stayunstill.app.
Unstill is a simple tool that counts the time since you last moved and lets you log the moments you do. It’s there to help you notice how long you’ve been still. That’s all it claims to do.
Unstill gives general wellbeing information. It isn’t medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for a doctor, physio or any other health professional.
Only do movements you’re comfortable doing. If you have a health condition, an injury, or you’re unsure whether a movement is right for you, check with a professional first. Stop if anything hurts.
Where we talk about research, in the app or in anything we publish, we try to describe it fairly, including its limits. Research findings describe groups of people, not you specifically.
Unstill is for adults aged 18 and over. You can use Unstill without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
We can suspend or close an account that’s being used to misuse the service, attack it, or break the law.
Our first 100 members, and anyone we invite with a founders code, are founding members. Founding members get Unstill’s paid features free for as long as Unstill is running. This is personal to you and can’t be transferred or sold.
If we ever have to close Unstill, founding members will be treated the same as everyone else, and we’ll give as much notice as we reasonably can.
Unstill is free to use right now. If we add paid features, we’ll set out the price and the terms that go with them before anyone is asked to pay.
Unstill, including its name, logo, design, words, images and code, belongs to Creative and Skint LTD. Using the app gives you permission to use it for yourself. It doesn’t give you any ownership of it, and you can’t copy, resell or rebuild it.
Your moments and notes are yours. We only use them to run the app for you, as set out in our privacy policy.
If you share an Unstill image, like a share card, go ahead. That’s what it’s for.
We work hard to keep Unstill working and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Unstill is provided as it is.
We may change, pause or stop parts of the app. If a change takes away something important, we’ll tell you in the app first.
We’re not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using Unstill, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit our responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under UK law. If you’re using Unstill as a consumer, your legal rights aren’t affected.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Unstill after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
